Our promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 14 days of delivery at questions@dewmori.com with your order number and photos — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable
Opened or used products can't be resold, so they can't be returned — unless faulty, in which case the damaged/defective policy above applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
